If you want to relax for a few days, are just passing through, or are simply looking for a nice place to stay, then you’ve come to the right place.
This beautiful, stylish, friendly, and—above all—clean holiday rental with a view of the forest is located not far from the A1 highway, about 1.5 km away.
Despite being close to major transport routes—with petrol stations,
McDonald’s, and other places to get supplies—you’ll find yourself in an idyllic setting.
The holiday rental, approximately 140 m², is located on the ground floor and features two bedrooms, each with two single beds that can be pushed together upon request. The beds feature solid, high-quality bed frames.
A travel cot and high chair are available free of charge upon request. We are very child-friendly. You’ll find plenty of toys, so you don’t have to bring anything from home.
The ground floor features a large open-concept living area with a half-kitchen island, a dining area with a wood-burning stove, and a living room.
You’ll find tasteful, high-quality furnishings.
Everything is perfectly coordinated.
There is also a guest bathroom on the lower level.
On the upper level, there is a shower room and 4 bedrooms with box-spring beds, 2 sets of 2 single beds (90/200), and one single bed, which can be arranged together or separately.
You can also sit outside and barbecue if desired.
We provide towels and bed linens upon request.
per towel set (1 large, 1 small): 5€
per bed linen set: 10€
Please note: if there is an additional adult in a booking for more than 4 people, a surcharge of 20€ per night applies.
You’re welcome to get a sense of your location via the website: a1bockel.
The town is located near the Lower Saxony Bicycle Trail.
Bicycles you bring with you can be locked up in a shed.
You can visit many amusement parks, including Heidepark Soltau, Magic Park Verden,
Hanspark Sierksdorf, Snow Dome Bispingen, and Vogelpark Walsrode. There are also countless recreational options in Hamburg, such as the Hamburg Dungeon, Miniatur Wunderland Hamburg, climbing parks, and the Elbphilharmonie, which you can tour inside for free for 30 minutes.
Even the North Sea—for example, Burhave on the Jadebusen—is not far away and is perfect for a day trip.
But there are also great destinations within a 20-km radius, such as Tister Moor, where a beautiful lake landscape with an observation tower awaits you after a roughly 20-minute walk. Many cranes and other birds can be observed there.
Artist villages like Worpswede and Fischerhude invite you to linger.
For recreational swimming, you’ll find the Ronolulu in Rotenburg, the Naturbad in Zeven, the BeekeBad in Scheessel, the Ummelbad in Hepstedt and Tarmstedt, etc.....
There’s also Bullensee with a nature trail and Weichelsee in Rotenburg, which features a bistro.
I also recommend taking the Lühe Schulau ferry from Wedel across the Elbe to the Willkomm Höft ship welcome facility. Since 1952, all ships with more than 500 BRT have been welcomed here with their national flag and national anthem.
