Small equipped kitchenette, comfortable pillows and mattress, lovely warm water and good pressure. Large screen TV on wall was a pleasure to watch with a good selection of viewing. The lift made for ease of transport from ground carpark to the 1st floor units.

Fabulous venue with one exception - the lift was out of order. (We were travelling with a friend who has mobility issues.) That said, the rooms were pristine and the staff were friendly & helpful. The location was also excellent. Nelson Reserve, Memorial Park & the centre of town were only a short distance away.

The property was very clean, both in the room and the general condition of the public spaces and gardens. Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff and the undercover car park was spacious, well lit and had security cameras. I would definitely stay there again.

Very close to the main road despite being down the further end we still heard sirens and trucks all night. Also noise from guests coming in late at night. The room doesn't have a solid wall only windows so the noise travels. Make sure you have ear plugs, no fans so used white noise on my phone.
Bathroom is in need of a refurb. It's rates quite high from Gympie so I'd hate to see the other motels with a lower score.
Staff were friendly.
