Great seafront location Easy accessibility to ferry/buses/town centre from hotel. Manager - Kristian and his team were all outstanding and very helpful. Large choice for restaurants/cafes/bars nearby and at hotel. Breakfast choices brilliant and varied. Bar area a little small for ambience . Housekeeping staff very accommodating and helpful. Only minor comment - hotel next door was having extensive building work and there was noise from property and road . ( obviously temporary when work is being done).

The hotel was very nice and the room spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and staff very friendly. Great location near bus and ferry stops. A little gripe would be hooks in the bathroom for bathrobes and hooks near the doors would be great for jackets etc!

The staff could not be more friendly and helpful - they gave a warm welcome every time I passed by and were happy to help with recommendations or local travel plans etc. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection (but cooked items had a bit too much residual oil). Pool was fairly tiny and not heated - was a bit cold for a visit in March.

Rooftop pool is just adequate and so is reception area but no showstopper. Staff is very friendly and they all are willing to help and assist with Q’s. Manager was nice to put me on a higher floor as I was there for 6 days.
