The highlight of my Vietnam trip I had a blast. My main issue was with their lack of coordination when it came to payment. They sent me a false billing statement that I had email about to be reassured I wasn’t being over charged. Then on the voyage, they wrongly tried to overcharge us for cocktails, and we had to insist that the manager was wrong to sort out the charge. There are a few other instances of this un-attentiveness that I will spare the details of.
Overall had a lovely time and they nailed every aspect aside from the aforementioned financial issues.
