"I had a very pleasant stay at Baan Kiao Resort. The highlight of the resort is definitely the staff, very warm, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The beach is beautiful and only a one-minute walk from the resort, and the pool was great for relaxing. Although the resort mainly caters to families, I still enjoyed it as a solo traveller. However, when I came to the reception early morning it was still closed, so that I had to leave without my deposit and almost lost my ferry departure. I have now attempted to reach the hotel by email, but they do not answer after multiple requests. Would not recommend staying here. "
