Eher dezentral gelegen. Ca. 20 Min. Fußweg zum Innenstadtbereich. Sehr freundliches Personal. Kostenloses Parken am Sportpark gegenüber zu empfehlen, insbesondere wenn der Parkplatz am Hotel schon voll belegt ist.

Everything I expected. Just know it’s a 30 min walk to the main areas as a tourist. But if you don’t mind the walk, it’s great and other area to explore. But the fact there was a skating rink nearby made me feel extra Canadian

Clean comfortable room with great breakfast choices and friendly helpful staff. Being British we would have liked tea & coffee making facilities in our room, but this was available in the foyer. The hotel is located 10mins walk from a bus stop, and 10- 15mins walk from Bloemendal station. Car parking is available for those driving.

The staff are fantastic and very accommodating. The cleanliness of the hotel was not as good as previous visits. The hallway on the first floor was dirty and needed a good vacuuming. In our room, the headboard and bedside table were damaged. The carpet needed hoovering, the shower rail was loose and the door strip in the shower needed replacing. There was also black mould around the bottom of the shower. The carpark is very tight for parking which isn't helped by people not parking within the designated spaces. The road is very noisy at the front .

The room was clean. The beds are comfortable and you don't hear other people. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating when we asked if we could store our things for a few hours after checkout. The road is a little noisy when the window is open but you can use the aircon to keep the room cool. The window also has an outside blind which can be put down. Short distance to Haarlem centre.
