"This hotel is in a convenient area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a corner room King REI and it was fantastic. The view at night was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. We received a warm welcome while celebrating our honeymoon and a hand decorated card from the hotel which was very much appreciated and a thoughtful touch. Would stay again. Highly recommend."

"Beautiful property - we booked this last minute for a great rate. It is a gorgeous property with spectacular views of Osaka - we stayed in a corner twin room. The restaurants are overpriced but the food and service are wonderful. Great overall location - can walk easily to shopping, Dontonbori and Osaka station. "

"Great location!!! Walkable to shops food and all the things!! Train station right down the street. Best location. Down side . It’s not sound proof you can hear everything!! The room needs an update lots of area are beat up. Staff was nice "
