"Fabulous hotel the decor is amazing lovely bar area and restaurant etc bit disappointed by the so called private secure car park wall fallen down no barrier etc our room was large very nicely decorated but no air con was extremely hot and stuffy and room was above the kitchen extractor fans incredibly ..."

"The hardest bed in the world! Been to this hotel many times (we even had our wedding reception there when they first opened). We stayed in December and had the worst night's sleep due to a rock hard mattress. Thought it was just bad luck as never been like it before, stayed again this week and clearly ..."
