Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Please check-out by 10am. -Wash, dry & put away dishes -Empty refrigerator & freezer -If you used the kayaks, please put them back on the racks with the oars on the ground below.
Please take the sheets off of any beds that were used during your stay (leave the comforters on the beds). Please put all soiled sheets & towels on the lower level floor near the locked utility room.
Please do not leave any garbage in the house or in the upper deck garbage can upon departure. Garbage and recycling bins are located on the lower level beside the entryway door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
