"My stay there was fantastic, its very near wangfujing street which is full of shopping complexes and FnB. Shout-out to the housekeeper madam 孔卫红, she took great care of our room, restock the amenities and does a wonder daily cleaning. On the first night my wife found the pillow to be too soft so she stacked a bathrobe underneath it, the housekeeper noticed this the next day and place an additional pillow for her without us asking. Wonderful!"

"Cannot beat the location! Shops and street food right outside the hotel. Also right across from Starbucks for our early morning coffee fix and served as a good reference point. Very friendly hotel staff who spoke english and were very helpful and accommodating. We would recommend this hotel to friends visiting Beijing. "

"The room was really spacious and comfortable. The air conditioner wasn’t responding properly but it wasn’t a problem as it was a bit chilly. The staff was helpful, there was an issue with the lights which they fixed immediately. The hotel is at a five minute walk from a shopping centre area with plenty of restaurants and a tube station (Line 5)"

"Excellent stay. Five stars. The front desk staff stood out. They were helpful from the moment I arrived and handled the language barrier with patience. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth. Breakfast was fresh and well organized each morning. Wi Fi was fast and reliable the entire stay. The room was clean and well maintained. Housekeeping stayed consistent and detail focused. The free laundry was a big plus and easy to use. Great value for the price and a convenient location. I would stay here again."

"Great location, beautiful view from the 29th floor. The room was comfortable however it’s the end of March and the room was very warm. It was actually 25°C in the room. The air conditioner does not come on. I went to the front desk and was informed that they cannot turn the air conditioner on until April. So it was really hot in the room and difficult to sleep with so much heat. I asked for a fan and they said they didn’t have any. Instead, they brought up a big bowl of ice and said I could chew on the ice to try to cool down. Ha ha ha."

"Our family recently stayed four nights at the Grand Hyatt Beijing, and overall it turned into a truly memorable experience. We did encounter some issues with the room condition on the day we checked in, which was a bit stressful given our tight schedule during a short stay in Beijing. However, what really stood out was how the hotel handled the situation. The staff went above and beyond to make things right and ensure the rest of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. In particular, we would like to thank Eva at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, professional, and handled everything with such care and efficiency. Her attentiveness and warmth made a lasting impression on us. Honestly, nearly every staff member we interacted with reflected that same level of hospitality, and we are very grateful. The location of the hotel is another major highlight. It is extremely convenient—situated above an underground shopping mall with direct access to two metro lines, and within walking distance to major attractions like Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. There are also countless dining options nearby, along with easy access to shopping areas. The hotel itself is well maintained, and we especially enjoyed the indoor pool and spa facilities, which were perfect for families. Breakfast was also a standout—an impressive selection with excellent quality that made for a great start to each day. Despite the initial hiccup, the exceptional service truly made all the difference. "
