The Space:

A unique and stylish apartment that combines privacy, comfort, and modern design in a prime location. The apartment is divided into three well-designed spaces separated by thick partitions, with each room featuring an elegant black fabric door that creates a distinctive and sophisticated atmosphere.



Apartment layout:



First room: A comfortable queen-size bed, a spacious wardrobe, and a TV.



Second room: A double bed that can be separated into two single beds, a sofa that opens into an additional single bed, a wardrobe, and a work desk.



Third room (living room & kitchen): A large sofa that can open into a double bed if needed, along with a fully equipped and stylish kitchen.



The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests.



Please note that the rooms are separated by designed partitions rather than standard doors, creating a modern and flexible space with partial privacy between the rooms.

The building also features a comfortable seating area that serves as the designated smoking area.
