"The staffs were extremely helpful during the check in by carrying all luggage’s and guided us all the way to our rooms. The rooms are clean and spacious. The onsen in the room is well maintained and with great view. The breakfast was way beyond expectation. Although the hotel is a bit far from train station, by the hotel shuttle service made it very convenience. Great hotel and excellent service!"

"Wonderful service and location, apparently had a 5.0 earthquake overnight which according to my wife was terrifying but slept through it so the bedding was excellent and well"

"clean, comfortable traditional Japanese Ryokan. No english spoken but kind and capable staff. low ceilings. beautiful serene escape in the middle of the city. food was amazing, beautiful, tasty (not always identifiable, but very traditional) and plentiful. would love to go back. "
