My stay at Blisstia was wonderful and a perfect weekend getaway. The room was clean and incredibly spacious with many amenities provided. Having a full bath was great, but I didn’t even use it much because of the onsen/spa. The hotel location was very convenient - next to a convenient store and bus stops. Would return for sure!
Beautiful hotel located right across from a hakone bus stop. Rooms were modern and thoughtfully laid out. Public onsen available in the morning and afternoon hours.
Beautiful place to stay, I rented a room with a private onsen and it was amazing. Went to a local ramen place just down the road for dinner and have breakfast at the hotel which was delicious!
Bus routes were pretty easy to navigate!
What an outstanding experience. This property is pristine. We had a room with a private onsen, and it may have been the most unique and memorable hotel stay we have ever had. If you are going to Hakone for rest and relaxation, and above all the onsen, this booking is a must.
I enjoyed my stay but I thought the onsen was very basic (just a hot tub and a massage chair) and the breakfast was poor. The room was lovely and the staff were very helpful.
Great hotel. It’s a bit outside the center of activity but with bus stops across the street it’s easy to reach all Hakone highlights. Breakfast is good and room was very spacious. Onsen is nice as well although a bit small. Downside is that you have to reserve diner a day before.
This has been the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at in Japan. The front desk staff went above and beyond. The room was incredibly large for the price, had my own washer/dryer combo in the room even. The kitchenette even had a full sized fridge.
This hotel was wonderful. Indoor and outdoor onsens for men and women. Beautiful spaces for lounging, a spa, a restaurant available for breakfast and dinner, 7-11 right across the street, great mountain views. Rooms were very large with a full couch, two double beds, a desk, a full kitchen with microwave and stove, ensuite laundry with washer dryer combo. Staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke some English. Overall a very pleasant experience and would definitely book again
You have to ride bus for 30 min from hakone-yumoto station but it’s soo worth it! This place is very stylish, clean and luxury. I stayed in the unit with the private bath. There was a certificate that shows what kind of mineral was in the water. Everything was very comfortable. Bus stop is conveniently located almost right in front of the hotel, but the bus that goes straight to Odawara station is always full and only come every 30 min. It’s better to take the bus that goes Hakone Yumoto and transfer to either bus or train to go to Odawara. The hotel serves dinner and breakfast with extra charge. They only serves western food.
My stay at Blisstia Hakone Sengokuhara was absolutely wonderful. The hotel itself is peaceful, beautifully designed, and perfectly located for exploring Hakone.
A huge thank you to Yashika, who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and full of positive energy. From the moment I arrived, he welcomed me so warmly and made me feel completely at home. He offered great local tips, explained everything clearly, and genuinely cared that I had the best possible experience.
I would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and friendly stay.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
I had a very pleasant stay at Blisstia. The room was very new, beautiful and spacious. The staff were very friendly and they assisted me with the check in and check out process. The area around the hotel is very quiet and peaceful. There’s a 7-11 just across the road for quick runs for snacks. Onsite parking is available too. The onsen was fantastic and was a must visit after a long day out. I’d recommend this place and will be back for future visits to Hakone.
Gorgeous new hotel. Rooms were so spacious and common areas were super clean. Enjoyed all the amenities. It was just a bit hard to get to since it was at the top of the mountain, but I assume all places in Hakone are like that.
