「We suppose there was two buildings for this bnb which is B-1&B-2, but it’s not! It was a one building separated 2 parts, therefore, the house was very small, the toilet was super small. No coffee or any tea bags provided, have to pay for washing machine. It’s not user friendly for guests. 」

「We loved this accommodation! I was sad to only have stayed one night. There is a 7-11 we walked to for food and snacks, a bus stop we walked to for transport for sightseeing and a nice view of the mountains from the dining room. During our trip we went to onsens and shrines. At the Stagione we enjoyed the heated water for the bath and showers. There is one bathtub and two showers. There are two toilets. I thought having a blow dryer and also a small hair straightener was a kind thoughtfulness....

「Unable to contact them. No response to any messages. The email they sent didn't have a password, so we couldn't check in. If it weren't for other guests staying at our other house, we would have had to stay in our car. They said they also waited an hour yesterday. When we called customer service, she only spoke Japanese and disconnected as soon as she heard English. If you think this is acceptable, you can check in.」
