Good stay at Halat

The hotel's position is very good. you can see from every room partially or totally the sea. the outdoors are really beautifull. Free parking is available. The staff are nice and helpfull, however we had to leave the water open for more than 30 min to get hot water!

There was no hot water, the elevator was not working. Bad customer service. The room was in bad condition and that includes the bathroom and the plumbing. The photos online are deceiving. I would never stay at this hotel and if anyone is thinking about reserving, think again.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. While the online descriptions made it seem like a perfect place with amenities like a jacuzzi, outdoor pool, and widespread internet access, the reality was far from it. Upon arrival, I found the pool empty and closed, despite the perfect weather. When I inquired, I was told it was due to the weather, which didn't make sense. The only positive aspect was the view from the balcony, but even that was marred by the presence of numerous gnats that made it uncomfortable. Additionally, transportation was difficult to arrange, and only the rooms had functioning air conditioning – the rest of the hotel lacked it. Overall, my stay was a letdown, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It felt like a waste of money, and the discrepancies between the online promises and the actual experience were quite disappointing.

We had a terrible stay at this hotel. We arrived to our room and it was obviously not cleaned well. We could see dust on the floor and the bathroom had remains of half-empty shampoo bottles. They only mentioned to us during check-in that they only clean the rooms upon request and that they don’t do daily cleaning. They say they have a big swimming pool but it was empty all the time. On our first night, they had a very loud party next to the empty pool until very late hours of the night, so we barely had any sleep. We asked them for a hair dryer and iron one time and they only gave us a hairdryer and kept coming back to our room to ask for it because they need it; it seems they had only one hair dryer! My fiance forgot a couple of his Polo t-shirts in the closet after we checked out so we called them to ask for them and they said they will look for them. After many attempts of calling and asking they kept telling us that they didn’t find them and will ask the cleaning lady the next day. The next day they were bot answering us and at some point they finally answered and said they couldn’t find them. On the third day I called and asked for the manager and he said that there were guests after us and that they had checked the closet while the guest was there but didn’t find anything. This means that they didn’t even clean the room after us otherwise they would’ve found the T-shirts…or they found them and took them. This hotel is really terrible, we don’t recommend it at all!

Terrible experience.... not recommended

I went to enjoy a big swimming pool they have but I couldn't.....it was empty without water. They said it's due to COVID-19 but it doesn't make sense at all because they filled in a much smaller pool (which they call jacuzzi - not really cause water is not hot) that only fit 4 people, no social distancing there..... A big swimming pool is the main thing they have and I think they are not operating because there are not many people.. If so, they should mention that swimming pool is currently not in use. Also it said "beach resort" but there is no private beach. Only public beach by the parking space but it's not suitable for swimming. I cut my feet from spiky rocks.......
