The property offers three well presented bedrooms with comfortable king size beds, designed to give you a great night’s sleep after a day out or a long day at work.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer perfect for longer stays or a true home from home experience.
Outside, there is parking available for two cars and a quiet countryside setting to enjoy, while still being within easy reach of nearby towns and the coast such as Halesworth and Southwold.
To the rear, you’ll find a private enclosed garden with a patio and outdoor seating, ideal for relaxing in the evening or enjoying your morning coffee. There’s also a washing line, which is especially useful for longer stays.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, ensuring complete privacy throughout their stay.

No wet wipes or sanitary products etc please. Pets are not allowed at this property Shoes – Please no shoes on carpets. Heating – If it`s too warm, please turn the thermostat down Damage: If anything is damaged, marked, broken, or stained, please tell us ASAP. We often have just a 6 hour turnaround between guests. Advance notice lets us bring the right equipment so the next guest enjoys a perfect stay. - Be respectful to neighbours (they’re great) - Keep access clear for fire safety & shared use (see info on coffee table) Quiet Hours – 10pm–8am No Smoking No Parties Hot Items – Always use trivets or chopping boards (not worktops). Showering – Ensure extractor fan is on (activates automatically with the light, please don’t switch off the extractors). Dishes, pans & Cutlery: Please return to cupboards/drawers 100% clean.
