"Perfect beach cabin for a relaxing long fall weekend. Very short walk (less than 1 minute) over the dune to the beautiful beach. Need to take stairs/ramp down to the beach, not accessible at peak high tide, but this isn't a problem. Long beatiful beach, perfect for walking the dog, or a run to Fort Baldwin. Downtown Bath is about 25 minutes away, lots of shops, grocery, coffee, etc. Perfect space for our Bernese Mountain Dog - we even joined the annual Berner's in Bath gathering! Cabin was a bit chilly in October, as expected, but the gas heater removed the chill. Sunrise from the bedroom window is a must see!! Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen were well equiped and very clean - a bit of sand near the front door in unavoidable. Wonderful stay, thank you to our hosts!"

"We had a fabulous week at Popham Beach. The beach is incredible and we enjoyed walking it every day. There are a lot of other activities within driving distance as well as great restaurants. The cottage was just perfect for the two of us but would have worked well if other family would have been able to join us.
