"Just a very nice place to stay and close enough to all the major attractions that you want to visit in San Francisco. Walking distance to the Wharf with great food and entertainment nearby. The room was recently renovated, very clean and the staff were friendly. I would strongly recommend the Hotel Caza! "

"Not enough toilet paper. Shampoo dispenser broken. One of the elevators out of service. Must carry access card everywhere around the hotel because you can’t go to the parking lot and come back into the building without it. You can’t use the lobby restrooms without the key either. "

"Good linens, coffee, bed - but neither TV worked the entire stay - even to get local, and forget about streaming. This is unacceptable IMO. "
