Lobby is beautiful and iconic. Room was okay, a bit dated. Bottled water was available. Beds are comfortable, good sheets. Staff were incredibly nice and friendly. Was hoping to order a bloody mary after a long night out (at around 10 am) and wasn't available till noon. For the price point, I don't know if I will stay there again.

It is a beautiful place to visit around the holidays, for he was a bit busy but still enjoyed our stay and the galleries inside, the Tonga Room, customer service was excellent and very kind From the lady checking us in to the valet , everyone was very helpful and cordial They make you feel like a VIP
