“Loved being close to the harbor and the wonderful grocery store. My small dog loved the enclosed backyard and loved the walk to Maverick's beach and Montera State beach. The house was very comfortable and my husband and I slept well in the quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the huge TV screen and the Bar-B-Que grill!”

“This house was recently gutted and renovated. The attention to detail is outstanding. Perfect location for walking to many restaurants and shops. The did a great job of maintaining some seclusion while on the property. We had trouble getting the HVAC to behave and the owner came out himself within a couple hours to solve the problem. Highly recommend if staying in this area. Within yards of beach, coffee, distillery, seafood and Italian food. Not sure what more you need. ”
