Fantastic location and hosts!

We really enjoyed the special touches the hosts clearly intentionally added, as well as the convenience of the location and everything the cottage included. We will definitely be back!

A Cottage By The Sea

The cottage was nicely appointed, very private, comfortable, cozy and is dog friendly.It is also centrally located to a number of different beaches (including a dog beach) and wonderful restaurants. The owners have thought of everything, including an enclosed backyard, dog towels and a dog bed.Owners were also very friendly and welcoming!Loved it!

A fun little beach house :)

We had an awesome time at this house. Close to main street, beaches, and in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend to a couple or small family since its a little close quarters.

We booked this stay last minute as a spur of the moment beach trip and we so fortunate this one was available! Coming in, the instructions for everything was very clear and the property was adorable! Great location right off the coast! The owners were amazing as well. Can’t wait to book again!

Ideal short-term rental

The rental was exactly as advertised, very clean, organized, and perfect for a short term stay. It’s in a wonderful location in HMB, only a short walk to the beautiful coastal path. We had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Although close to neighbors, we felt like we had enough privacy.

Half Moon Bay Cottage

This place is as advertised. Small but quaint. Great location--easy walking distance to the beach and a short drive to downtown HMB. Lots of great bakeries and restaurants therefore nearby. Would come back and use it again.

Spring Stay

Very private; cozy; quiet at night; excellent access to coastal trail and the beach. This was the second time we stayed at this property, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Both the Mediterranean and the Himalayan restaurants we ordered to go dinners from were fantastic. The property manager/host couldn’t have been easier to work with.

we wanted to be able to spend some time near the ocean. This is a small place but an easy walk to Poplar Beach in Half Moon Bay. A nice, quiet backyard. We enjoyed eating dinner there. A good place for a couple or perhaps a small family. A tiny but excellent shower. I would be happy to rent this place again.

Best place ever

This was the most cozy and welcoming property that I have stayed at. The hosts were very attentive and responded quickly. My family and I had just came off a 10 day Alaskan cruise, and the host allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in. Everything was tidy and well kept. The property was conveniently located, we would definitely stay here again!

Very cute and cozy

This cottage was just the right size for me, my husband and our adult daughter. The weather was beautiful and we were only a short walk to the beach. The fenced yard was an added plus for our two small dogs. The neighborhood was very quiet. We’d definitely stay here again.

Charming

Property in great location. The studio is compact but perfect for two. The bed was very comfortable after hours of exploring between HMB and Santa Cruz. The private backyard was so pretty with beautiful succulents. We enjoyed our stay and would have loved to have had a longer visit.

Half Moon Bay stay

Really enjoyed our stay here! A lot of areas to visit. Very dog friendly. Our pups were very comfortable with a nice safe yard for them. Limited seating but we made it work. TV trays might have been nice as there was no where to eat a meal. In better weather the table outside would have been great. Well appointed with everything you need to be comfortable.Fun quirky little studio size unit.

Beautiful place to relax and recharge!

Beautiful small cottage, perfect place to relax and recharge, walking distance to Poplar beach, a beautiful dog friendly beach. I stayed with my 2 little dogs. They really enjoyed the backyard too. Owners replied to my questions right away. I’m planning to go back soon with a couple of friends.

Super cute cottage close to beach

The property was super cute and clean. It was just as described. It was super close to a dog, friendly beach, 15 minute walk or a very short drive to the parking lot for the beach. The Coastal Trail is also at the beach, if you want to take a nice walk along the coast with beautiful views! Hosts are very friendly and responsive. Quickly gave recommendations upon request. We enjoyed our trip so much and can’t wait to return!

Cozy cottage

Warm and welcoming.. even the path through the gates is pretty. The cabin had everything we needed for our short stay. We appreciated all the little touches that made our stay even nicer. Clean,quiet and comfortable. A nice short walk to the gorgeous Poplar Beach. The only thing we could have used was a grill.. Other than that we were very happy. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very friendly and accommodating. I look forward to next time! Thank you!

Cute Little Cottage Near the Beach

Sweet and comfortable little cottage. Perfect for a couple. Loved the peaceful decor and airy feel. We didn’t use the upstairs loft with just two of us, but it would have worked well if we brought children or grandchildren. Very pet friendly— dog bed, water dish, and dog towels provided. Having a private deck and private fenced yard set it apart from a hotel room. Lovely landscaping. The owners live next door but other than a very pleasant casual conversation when we crossed paths in the driveway, we didn’t see another soul. Would definitely return.
