The Homestead

Come and stay in this newly constructed home. This beautiful new home is located two blocks from Main St and walking distance to local restaurants and the local markets. Only minutes away from hunting, hiking, trail riding and snowmobiling in the Wallowa-Whitman National Forest. Only 20 minutes to Hells Canyon and the Snake River. The deepest canyon in the United States. A must see! This region is also known for its rafting & fishing.

This home features luxury finishes including granite countertops, knotty hickory cabinets, full sized washer & dryer, all new appliances and an electric fireplace for all that ambiance on a snowy day. The master bedroom includes its own on suite and walk-in closet. Each bedroom has its own heat and ceiling fan. The single car garage provides a place to remove and store all your outdoor clothing and gear. Off street parking available for your snowmobiles and trailers.

The house was just right for our group. It was very clean and modern, including appliances and furnishings. The beds were very comfortable. Easy walk to the restaurants and stores. Instructions and communication on accessing the rental was clear and easy. Only a couple of things: master bedroom door wouldn’t close and wine glasses would have been nice. It was very well equipped. We had a nice stay!

Fishing Get Away

Got away for a fishing trip on the Powder River and Brownlee Reservoir. It’s 20 minutes to the boat launch and an easy drive. Spent 5 nights at this charming rental. The 3 bedrooms and two full baths worked out great. The home was well equipped as described and everything worked flawlessly. All three of us thought the beds were great and very comfortable. The town of Halfway is nice and the people are friendly. The grocery stores have just about anything you would need. We would stay here again without hesitation.

We just stayed in this very cute home. My husband and I had the master suite — loved the bathroom! Sister and brother in law shared the house with us for Family reunion weekend. Between the two families we had 5 kiddos. We fit great in the house and even had family over each morning to enjoy breakfast together. Thank you for the quick response back whenever we had questions.
