哈里-艾拉酒店，哈里-艾拉平住宿優惠推介

「We LOVE LOVE LOVED our stay here! The hostess made delicious Sri Lankan meals for us, cut a path down to the river so we could swim in the natural pool just minutes from the tree house, and the place is so unusual. We were in the treetops with LOADS of monkeys swinging around. We felt totally safe and well looked after.」

「They had no record of our reaction (that we had paid confirmation through hotels.com. They charged us cash to get a room. (Options in the area and time we arrived extremely limited). Had to try and negotiate an 11 check out at 9 suggested he wanted us out by 10 (place had no other guests). Very noisey all night」

「In the hotel books my pre payment was not found so I had to pay at the hotel a sum of Rs.4500/ can you please check my accts and refund if I had double paid 」

「Amazing place. Can’t fault a single thing. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was amazing. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Always ready to help with a buggy. Spa was amazing in a very scenic set up. Secluded yet just a few mins drive to main city centre. Pool area is nice but the pool is rather small. Breakfast is very good, made to order. Complimentary guided trek to little Adams peak just behind the resort. They gave discount vouchers for Ravana pool club and zip lining but we didn’t...

「A beautiful new boutique hotel featuring sustainable rock-stone architecture designed by award-winning architect Palinda Kannangara. The property has a modern, minimalist, and zen-like aesthetic, with grey-toned interiors that evoke the signature style of Tadao Ando. Our room was located at the highest point of the property, offering stunning panoramic views of the Ella Gap. The trade-off, however, is the considerable number of steps required to reach the room from the lobby, which may be...

「There should be a full length mirror. Not important but a nice to have.」

「I stayed two nights at the Heritance Tea Factory hotel. As soon as I arrived I was amazed by the scenery, it looks just exactly the same as the photo, surrounded by tea plantations with a great with of the mountains from afar. It is a bit of a drive from the town but it was nice to be in somewhere very peaceful and scenic. They have a lovely welcome ritual and tea. The hotel still has the engines from the factory days and they runs every night for 30 mins. It is full of stories in this hotel....

「I wish I could like this place more but there were a few things which would make me reconsider booking if I had known upfront. Firstly, the driveway is a pain but can deal with it if known upfront, front desk was very accommodating taking our luggage up the hill to our van. Room 103 was a family room but directly above the reception and bar, so expect loud tuk tuks and music from the bar until about 11.30pm. Overall it was 3/5 - not bad, not amazing.」

「環境非常美麗，酒店及房間都面對住ELLA ROCK，一個非常美麗的山景，房間很潔淨，早餐也很不錯，非常好的酒店」

「Very welcoming and friendly hosts, and a delicious breakfast! The room was spotless and the location was perfect — close to everything while still being a lovely and peaceful place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay!」

「Incredible place, accomodation is luxury, views are breathtaking, staff are lovely. If I went again I wouldnt take the half board option and order off the menu as the food and options were better and not particularly expensive. 」

「This property just made me feel like I wasted all my money.I didn’t get what I paid for.Few things just made me annoyed: 1) The entire room was nasty and not cleaned properly. 2) It was smelling so bad from bathroom drainage. 3) The bathroom drainage was so bad and the entire shower area got flooded. 4) No towel was there and finally I had to call them to provide towels. 5) We found lots of insects which was unexpected. Apart from those all the staffs were so friendly and tried to help but...
