"Very poor breakfast requires a lot of improvement, you can't offer rotten banana for customers some food sounds left over from day before, in particular, muffin (gluten free) with no expiry date on the package. A hotel charging over $250 MUST have at least a kitchen to offer room service (minimum burger or sandwiches) while asking the receptionist for room service she replied;; we do room service once every 2 days 🤔, couldn't differentiate between room service and house keeping. On the other hand the receptionist asked us to google for restaurants in the area !!!. If any one forced to make reservation in this hotel he/she MUST NOT accept any room on the West wing of the hotel due to amount of noise from passing trucks/trailers on 95 highway. The only thing good in this hotel was clean and that's because its new. This hotel must be 2.5 star and not 4!!!!"

"The room was the nastiest room we're ever stayed in. Floors and furniture probably not cleaned in months. Our original room the heat didn't work properly. Attendant graciously moved us to another room. Water never got hot, luke warm at best"
