Disliked: Check-in, communication
Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with the property owner. We requested an early check-in because we were travelling with our parents, but we understood that the property needed to be cleaned and that early check-in might not be possible.
However, our scheduled check-in time was 4:00 PM. When we called at 3:57 PM, the owner told us he did not know whether the property was ready or not. We eventually checked in after 4:30 PM, which was very frustrating.
What upset us the most was the owner's unprofessional behaviour during our phone conversation. He hung up the phone before we could finish our conversation, which was extremely disrespectful.
We understand that cleaning takes time, but we expected better communication, professionalism, and respect from the property owner. Unfortunately, this experience left us very disappointed, and we would not recommend this stay based on our experience.
