“The room was modern, clean with staff friendly. The breakfast was good. The hotel was near the Ramgharia gate next to the main road.”

“Do not believe what staff tell you? No restaurant, breakfast option was room service only. No hot water and was told by staff how to operate tap although staff could also not get hot water! Taxi driver was told that the taxi had been cancelled, luckily i arrived in the lobby as the taxi driver was leaving!”

“One of the best hotels to stay when you’re visiting Amritsar and specially Golden Temple. It’s just few seconds away from golden temple. And is always lit up. Very positive vibes. Staff of hotel is very accommodating and food from their restaurant is priced very reasonably low. And taste of their in-house food is good too. This would be my all time favourite hotel stay whenever I am in Amritsar. ”

“Family Suites was convenient. Showers had too much pressure and caused water to go everywhere. They have calcium buildup.”

“Book only for location. Hotel charged my senior citizen parents extra money for the front room which was not shown while booking. AC didn't work and neither did the wi-fi. we have booked this hotel about 6-7 times in the last 1 month for multiple trips by family, would switch to a different chain now considering the staff behaviour towards regular customers. ”

“It was a decent stay will clean room and well wash room facilities. the staff there was really helpful and friendly. it just as am from southeast asia, we will appreciate a shower head with pipe.”

“I blame both expedia and the hotel for my bad stay at this hotel. After traveling 30 hrs, the hotel would not check me in and said to come back at 11. This was a scheduling error on my behalf but I could not stay in the lobby as the staff were sleeping on the couches. I come back at 11 and they do not have my booking nor the room available that I booked. I waited an hour until I accepted a lesser room with no window or seating in it. Not once did they clean my room, but I saw them cleaning……

“Clean rooms, average breakfast, friendly staff. 100 meters from Golden temple main entrance. Only snag, do no go there by car. Impossible to park cark. Nearest car parking is a joke.”

“Not clean. Dirty sheets, towels, dark rooms. Windows don’t close. Not kept clean to a standard you’d expect at this type price point and rating, similar to others at this price point. ”
