“Lincoln 3912 is a wonderful place to stay. It’s in close proximity to many wonderful activities in Lincoln, to include the zoo and shopping! It’s in a nice, quiet neighborhood that allowed us to relax and unwind as if we were at home! We look forward to staying here again. Thank you!”

“We had a pleasant stay over all. The grill was a little difficult to start but my husband was able to get it lit. Fire pit and spacious backyard was pretty nice. We used the kitchen a lot to cook and prepare meals (super convenient as it is close to the grocery store). Kitchen could use newer knives/can opener but we make do with what was there (just note to bring your own just incase, we usually do but forgot this time). Overall a budget friendly spot for families of 5 or less. The neighborhood……

“This was a great place for our familiy to stay while visiting Lincoln. The location was convenient, and the house was clean and beautiful. Neighborhood was quiet. I'm sure we'll stay here again!”

“We had a good stay. There was a mattress problem and the host fixed the issue very quickly. The place was clean. A few quirks were when in the basement, you can hear every footstep above and when you turn on the water faucet in the main bathroom is wildly loud in the adjacent bedroom. The bathroom sink was hard to use if someone was sleeping. Overall good stay but maybe not good if you are a light sleeper.”

“The house has been remodeled nicely, and the kitchen had good supplies for cooking. There were good gathering spaces inside and out, and with 4 bedrooms, we each had our own. I especially appreciated the blackout curtains in the bedrooms. There was plenty of parking in a quiet residential neighborhood. Owner contact was quick and accommodating.”

“Visited Lincoln to visit family. The house was quite small and old but very cozy and welcoming. It was perfect for our small family. We would stay again if in the area again!”

“The property was as described. I did the booking so I had seen the pictures. Some of us were okay with the black and gray walls, others thought they were a bit dark and depressing. Everything was new and in good shape. The beds were a little low, but we managed. The tea drinkers would have liked a pot to boil water.”
