Easy Self Check-In for Centrally Located Home - Stay at the Little Llama House!

You'll have 2 bedrooms - 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room. The entire home is yours!

We own both homes and love when we have guests that book both side by side homes at the same time! (Sleeps up to 12 guests between the two homes)

Bedrooms:
We want you to have a comfortable stay! You will find 2 bedrooms in the home. Both have a king-sized bed. Your toughest choice is, “which room do I sleep in!” Since the home is on a busier street, we provide a sound machine, bedside fan, and earplugs to help even the lightest of sleepers.

Kitchen/Living Area:
You will find the kitchen includes a refrigerator (with ice and water) stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee bar and other assorted drinks and small snacks and breakfast items

There is one 50" smart TV (no cable) in the home with access to Netflix (just use the GUEST profile) for you to use in the living room.

The sofa in the living room also expands out to make an additional queen sized bed. Be sure to let us know if you would like us to make it ready for you.

Bathroom and Laundry:
There will be soaps, shampoos, towels, and other various toiletries in the bathroom should you need them. You will also have access to the washer/dryer. Feel free to do a load if you need to.

Outdoors:
If you'd like to get out of the house for a while, you are more than welcome to make yourself at home in the large fenced backyard that is shared with the Little Blue house (also on VRBO) next door. There is a small park grill (bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid) as well as hammocks, a small play house, and a great big green space.

Guest access

Our goal is to provide the easiest check-in possible! The Little Llama House has a passcode for the front door. This way you can access your home without worrying that you might disturb us meeting up with a key.
We want you to make yourself at home!!

You can park in the driveway - the driveway allows for 3 cars but they will need to be parked in a row which makes it a tad difficult for the 1st and 2nd cars parked in the driveway to leave. There is no street parking available on 56th St. but you can park additional cars around the corner.

Interaction with guests:
You'll have the whole place to yourself, so we are not on site. However, we live only 5 minutes away and are available when needed. We want you to be as comfortable as possible during your stay at "The Little Llama House!"

What to Expect:
We will be providing a booklet with information about your stay as well as our favorite places to eat or visit while you are in Lincoln.
Please don't hesitate to ask if there is something that you need! We want you to be comfortable!

Check-Out:
Check out time is 11:00 am. Late checkout may be possible depending on if the home is booked for later that day or not. So just check with us if you are hoping for a late check out. Since there is no key to return, just message us on Vrbo or text our cell to let us know that you have left and the home is ready to be cleaned.
