The staff were exceptionally professional and friendly, especially the lady who checked us in — she was super welcoming and made us feel right at home. The service was great, but the room we stayed in could use a little renovation and updated furniture. "Everything was great but they don’t tell you that you don’t get access to the spa if you book on hotels.com I also got a parking ticket that shouldn’t have been one. Luckily I kept the receipt and the manager took care of it. When you park make sure to keep your info if it happens to others!"
