Welcome to this charming, well-preserved 1970s summer house.

The house offers a distinctive layout with large windows that let in plenty of light – perfect for enjoying peaceful mornings with a view of the garden. The cosy living room is centered around the wood-burning stove, which brings warmth on cooler days.

The garden is arranged over several levels, with a variety of nooks where you can always find sun or shelter. You'll also find a wealth of plants and flowers creating a lush atmosphere around the outdoor areas, including a barbecue and fire pit.

From the summer house, you have easy access to the area’s many attractions. Visit Hou Beach with its calm, shallow waters, explore the charming harbour of Hals, or enjoy the many walking paths in Hou Mose. And with just 2.5 km to Hou town, restaurants, galleries, and family activities are always close by. Note: Not for commercial rental.
