"This is a good choice for travelers who need a place to store their luggage (although pack light, not a lot of room!) and a place to sleep. Positives: the toilet is in its own room separate from the shower, the beds were comfortable, the location (once you get situated) is just down the street from Kokusai-dori, there is a coin laundry in the lobby that doesn't require you purchase detergent from a store (it's already in the machine), having a code instead of a key for both main hotel entry...

"Excellent location. Position is just behind Hotel Collective. Kokusai-dori is steps away, but the property is very quiet as window face in a different direction. Family mart is 1 min away too. Property is spacious enough for two, plenty of day light, all necessary amenities. Washing and drying machines were very handy. Check in/out was seamless."
