「The beach on the property was awesome. The guys on the ATV's on the beach need to minimize there trips past the chairs with umbrellas, they went back and forth too much. They also need to travel down the sides of the chairs not through the middle divide of the chairs. 」

「The apartment was excellent , clean and well maintained. Having a private car spot was an additional perk. Location is good and there are shops close by as well as restaurants.」

「Beautiful layout, comfortable, space to spread out, lanai facing the sunset was perfect, close to my favorite beaches, KTA right around the corner, comunal pool clean and not crowded, interesting history of the house (sad it is so croweded now), cool at night...we are from Alaska so we were never overheated, and many more positives. The couch was not very comfortable but we never turned on the tv and used the dining table and lani to gather together. The vegitation on the property was so local...

「For the price, it was a great place to stay. My husband and I and our teenage son stayed there for a week. It was a little tight with all of our stuff, but it worked for our needs. Everything was clean, we had hot water, the whole time, we enjoyed learning about Waikoloa Village and excited to see how it is growing, the easiness of renting it was nice. In general, it’s not an ideal place to stay if you want to be closer to the beach, but for this trip, we were wanting to not spend as much and...

「We took a quick trip back to Hawaii to visit our friends and family after moving to the mainland a few years back and stayed at the condo in Mauna Lani. I am very picky with cleanliness and I was very impressed!! The unit is very clean and had all the things we needed. Having a baby it was a must have to have a pack and play and they had a very clean one. We also needed to extend our stay and Meredith was great with helping us with this. 「When I booked the listing, I didn't realize how close it was to so many things. The beach club was a block and a half away. Two amazing pools and also with direct beach access. Lots of great restaurants and shops that were close. The condo itself was great and the hosts were super responsive to questions. All in all a great spot and I would totally stay here again if we come back to Waikoloa.」

The patio had great views of mauna kea in the morning, and if you get lucky on a clear night you can see a good bit of stars.
