「酒店无人值班，基本全部线上沟通，房间有问题处理就没那么及时，我们入住的几天刚好洗衣房整修，所以无法使用有些不便，还有离公共交通有些距离，其他都很不错」

「Property is managed by Arbio, with no reception, but all information for check-in is sent via email, and we had no problems - their step-by-step check-in procedure was very concise. The property is in a great location for discovering Hamburg - right next to the train line, but with no noise from the trains. There is a supermarket right downstairs, and 2 more within 10 minutes walking. There are also many dining options nearby, but we utilised the excellent kitchen in the apartment. The 3 of us...
