"We went for the solar eclipse which turned out to be a dud. What wasn't a dud was the property in which we stayed. It was clean, stocked, and well maintained. Communicating with the owner was a breeze. I defiantly would stay there again if I was ever in the area."

They are generous in providing towels, bathroom essentials, snacks, coffee pods, kid + baby supplies making our packing process and stay easy peasy. Location couldn’t be better! Highly reccomend! "In area for concert at HyMark stadium and was 12 minutes away with convenient Tim Horton coffee shop, shopping and dining near by. Waterstone grille- great service and food. Host very responsive and checked in during our stay. Bed was comfortable, few cobwebs on ceiling, but otherwise clean. Busy road, but didn’t bother us."

"Good communication with owners…helpful directions & info We loved the area, especially Marilla County Store( spent 2 hrs still didn’t see it all!) enjoyed walks in neighborhood!! Alton’s restaurant has good brunch, TGS family owned barbecue out of this world!! Both close by. Pretty Victorian interior, clean bright open kitchen, charming parlor, bed comfortable, bathroom showers need to be cleaned better ( only disappointment) Overall, 3 1/2 - 4 stars rating. Nice experience!! Love this area!!"

"We had the great fortune of renting this property with our adult children for the eclipse. Wonderful, cozy home with several sitting areas so we all had our own little area to relax and unwind. We had everything we needed. The pool table was a lot of fun. The beach was lovely and unique with great views of the Buffalo skyline. Went to a Sabres game and we were home in 17 minutes. Will definitely rent again."
