- This apartment is located in an upscale residential neighborhood in Hamburg’s Groß Flottbek district.
The main entrance to the DESY campus, as well as ALDI, Lidl, Budni, a bakery, the Flottbek weekly market, and a bus stop are all within a few minutes’ walk.
Additionally, the Bahrenfeld trotting track is a 15-minute walk away, the Volkspark Stadium is a 30-minute walk, the Elbe Shopping Center in 15 minutes, and the Elbe River in about 35 minutes.
The apartment has two identically furnished bedrooms. There is no shared living room with a TV in the apartment, but there is a kitchen-diner with a spacious dining area.
A parking space on the property can be used by arrangement. The house is very easy to reach by car from the A7 via Osdorfer Landstr. (B432), without having to drive through city traffic or traffic jams.
Note: The apartment is typically rented to (DESY) students and is available for short-term rental during semester breaks and periods when classes are not in session
