「It has potential but some of the areas were not available not because it’s unfinished but they make it open only for private function. (Ei:Mini Japan) The employees are kind and friendly but the staff at their Amare Restaurant wasn’t so helpful and friendly m. The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well! They need to do something with that. The water in the room has issues...

「The staff was amazing and very helpful. We had an issue with noise coming from the highway our first night. We were able to upgrade to a two bedroom room in the crystal tower which was much nicer. We also found that the food at the main restaurant was not to our liking.」

「Decent hotel. A little deceiving to where the pool is located in the property. It was a walk away in another building which was quite inconvenient. Didn’t have a restaurant in the property or anywhere around, had to drive to the nearest restaurant. The views were amazing though from our room.」

「While the property has beautiful views of Taygaytay lake, the hotel was empty on arrival and it seemed that they were not expecting any guests at the time. While I understand checkin was 3pm and we arrived around noon, it was fairly disappointing that on an empty hotel they were no able to accomodate us for early checkin which wasn't even early at all. We had to wait until 3pm to be able to check in. The rooms while they are okay they are not as nice as pictured. Also the passage ways are right...

「Beach closed at 7pm and the pool at 10pm which I don't like since we started to swam late night. Cafeteria had a limited offer. Most of their menus are not available. 」

「適合全家或一群朋友一起度假. 渡假村內有很多泳池還有滑水道. 房間內還算清潔但可惜沒有浴缸. 服務人員還算親切. 但渡假村是在主要道路內進去大約1公里. 晚上如果ˇ要外出吃飯比較不方便, 而且要注意馬路上有很多牛, 羊, 狗讓你大吃一驚的躺在路邊休息或吃草. 渡假村內到了晚上還有很多青蛙會在園內乘涼, 的確是一個非常親近大自然的度假村.」

「Great staff and a clean place. Room whichbi stayed in i felt it was a bit small. But overall a very good experience. The bar they have is very nice with good music. I felt the prices are reasonable.」
