「The lady I engaged with was great to deal with and responded quickly to inquiries. Upon closer examination, the place was not as clean as we had expected; however the host said she would address the issue. There are a lot of extras that were nice; for example a foosball table, a sunroom, a washer/dryer. It is in a good location on the Grand River and is quiet. It is also pet friendly which was what we needed. Overall I would recommend the place.」

「No matter what you could forget they had a backup ready. Everything organized well and labelled for ease of knowing where to find things. Super cool aspects like record player, books, guitar etc. would highly recommend this location and door25 in general as I believe they have three other properties available」

「No heat. Had to use the oven to heat the home even after reaching out to the contacts. Fireplace didn't work and heater would trip the fuse - which we tried multiple times. The listing was a queen bed and it is a double. You cannot sit on the back deck because the eaves are pouring out water. Second bed is a futon. Turkey Point is great but the listing is not accurate.」

「From inquiry to booking to check in the responsiveness was phenomenal. Now let's talk about the view. Beautiful sandy beach grated with care every morning. Staff that clearly love their jobs and take pride in customer care. They check in regularly to see if you need anything from collecting your garbage to helping you set your fire in the evening. These guys set the bar for customer service. We will definitely be back! Thank you」

「This was a great family gateway that made us all remember and think of our caribbean beaches back in Venezuela. Kudos to Tom and all the staff for their amazing customer service and attention to details. They were all very friendly and helpful to make our stay better. The only draw back is that the units don't have A/c unit and it was very very hot during the night even with all fans turned on. Tom mentioned they were working on that, and hopefully it'll be addressed for next summer.」
