The room was good, the staff was lovely. My husband enjoyed the breakfast but I did not. I am gluten intolerant and the eggs and yogurt were my only choices. It would be nice if there was some GF bread or cereal or sausages.

Breakfast: More healthy options would be good. Plain yogurt, berries, melons, grapes would be good. The hotel smelled quite strongly like cleaner. It is good that it is clean but scented cleaners amd air fresheners are difficult for some people. Bleach would be more acceptable. Or natural essential oils, not perfumed items. Laundry was clean. Towels should be bleached too to disinfect. They did not smell like bleach.

Each room has outdoor access. Rooms have sufficient TV channels. Heat and AC are not central, each room has a different unit. Practical space with no useless things. I loved it.

Customer service was good, very pleasant. The rooms itself are very dated, feels like walking into the 80's. Our room had the remnants of when smoking was allowed indoors. Since we were only staying one night and it was more of the price point than the luxury of why we booked, I did not complain, but if I had known this beforehand, i would not have booked here. The smoke smell was very distracting and when i woke up in the morning i could still smell it. not like the kind of smell you get used to and forget about until you leave and come back. Breakfast was fine, basic, but once again with the price point, not going to complain about it. You're getting what you paid for. it's a decent hotel, and sheets and towels were clean.
