The place was dirty. It stank horribly. The attending help was dressed in her dirty sweat pants. Her hair was a mess. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Maybe a homeless person. She would not reimburse the money that she was holding as a deposit.

Not nice..

The closet was under construction. The bathroom had no heat, The toilet seat broke because it was positioned almost against the wall and too small (told them a few times but they did not seem to care, was not fixed). Also, I had to ask for a lamp and was told they had none to spare, then 3-4days later they showed up with a very old one. This is hands down the worst hotel experience I have ever had.. I was stuck so leaving was not an option, so I had to bear it. They charged me an additional $40 more on the last booking for this experience. By the way they do not have any kitchenettes(as per the manger), apparently as per the owner the microwave is the kitchenettes.

The check-in process was good, staff were friendly. The room was very clean, but was in poor condition: - there wasn’t any hooks/hangars for my jacket - the room was just barely wider than the bed, it felt like an old bedroom in someone’s basement - I’m not sure it was a proper matress: it was really hard, it may have been a box-spring with a matress pad on it - there were mo screens on the windows - 1 window was missing - the window locks didn’t seem to work properly: when I told the Office about this & my concern that anyone could get in the room, they said “ oh that won’t happen here & we have cameras everywhere” - I asked for 2 extra pillows but when I got them they were wet: the Office said they were sprayed to make them smell better - the GFCI outlet in the washroom was smashed - the towels were small: only big enough for your head/hair - when I arroved there was a group of people gathered around a table in the parking lot being a little loud & I think they were smoking Pot - I was only there 45-60 minutes - when I went to the Office to tell them I was going to leave & wanted my deposit back, they did offer to give me a different room: I declined - the Office would not refund my $100 deposit: they said they had to clean the room - I chose not to engage the conversation any further & I left - after following-up with Expedia, the Motel has also refused to give me a refund, so I have lost a total of approx. $230 - this was an unpleasant & expensive experience!!!
