Vintage Roost at Fleming Farms
Located in The Beamsville Bench wine region, Vintage Roost is a spacious three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom detached guest house on a Century Farm property. With over 30 wineries in the immediate area, Vintage Roost’s central Beamsville location also boasts over 25 restaurant options from fast food to fine dining. The well-equipped modern kitchen is also ideal for staying home and serving up the beautiful fresh produce from the farms surrounding the town.
The large open living space features the original wood, which was recently converted from an indoor swimming pool into this charming but modern and spacious guest house. Your host(Josh) is the grandson of the original owners of Fleming Farms, who made themselves a comfortable living in the chicken hatching business. Josh wanted to preserve the history in his renovation and has included vintage décor, marrying it with all of the modern amenities we expect today.
The principal bedroom offers a beautiful king bed, an ensuite half bath, and a spacious closet with shelving. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and large closets share the main bathroom with an ultra deep soaker tub.
In the main living area, you will find an electric fireplace, an ample table for dining with friends or playing cards or board games, and a private exterior courtyard. The new appliances and quartz countertops add a touch of luxury, while the vintage art throughout the guest house add vintage charm to the décor.

Had a little get in the holiday spirit get away with my best friend and this was the most perfect everything on all levels! Josh was welcoming in his communications and quickly responded to any inquires. The place is perfect and represents exactly as advertised. The community of Beamsville which is perfectly located for a quick walk to amenities and yet quiet and tucked away on a lovely property. We fully intend to visit this lovely property in the summer and enjoy the courtyard.Thank you for making this a holiday memory for us.
Great communication from the host! The place was spotless, all 3 beds were extremely comfortable, and the living space was bright and open. Would stay there again!
This property had everything we needed! Spacious, clean, great decor, well equipped kitchen and close to wineries. The host was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!
The property is amazing and very private. Great location. Owner is fantastic and available via text for any questions. We love our stay. The accomodation is beautiful, very modern and so clean.
Vintage Roost was a dream rental. Communication with the host was exceptional and very welcoming. We stayed the weekend to attend our son’s wedding at Cave Springs and the location of Vintage Roost was perfect. The house is stunning and was a wonderful backdrop for the groom’s “morning of” photos. Location was absolutely terrific and both the interior and courtyard were beautiful and so clean. All three rooms were lovely with comfortable beds and lovely linens and decor. We could not have been more pleased or grateful to spend the weekend in this beautifully appointed home…thank you Joshua for a stellar stay. We hope to return again to Vintage Roost to more fully explore all of the amazing vineyards and venues in Niagara region
Lovely property. It had everything we needed for our weekend. We were very comfortable. The location was close to all the places we wanted to visit. Amenities were close by.
The Vintage Roost was the perfect place for our girls weekend. The space was welcoming, comfortable, and well stocked, and the host was quick to respond to any questions or offer suggestions on things to do. We were able to relax, reconnect, and explore without having to go very far. Although we were only there for the weekend, it would be the perfect place for a longer stay. Can’t wait to go back!
We had a great time here. The location for perfect for what we needed and the entire space was comfortable and had everything we needed and more. Beds were perfect, lots of seating and tons of room to cook in. Everything was clean and communication with the host was timely and clear. Would 100% book again and recommend.
We stayed for a few days as my daughter was getting married in Lincoln. It was the perfect property for my husband and I, and additional family members to stay. The location is wonderful, walking distance to amenities and restaurants, easy access to wonderful wineries. The owner was very easy to communication with, the house is beautiful and has everything you could need, including private courtyard patio with furniture and a BBQ. Would absolutely recommend it to friends and would absolutely stay here again.
We had a wonderful girls weekend at Vintage Roost. The home is extremely clean and offers all of the amenities one could need. The 3 bedrooms are of good size and very comfortable. The home is exactly as depicted and is a beautiful cozy space. The host Joshua is very quick to respond to questions. We will definitely be staying at Vintage Roost again!
Our couple day getaway in Beamsville was perfect. Josh was a tremendous host, and the property was perfect. It was cozy, modern, comfortable, and elegant. It was spacious, clean, and private. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to stay in one night and cook a dinner and enjoy some local wine.I loved that Josh left us some Wine Tasting vouchers for some of the local wineries. We absolutely love this area, we’ve spent much time here the last few years, we are from Pittsburgh and it’s only 3-4 hours to this beautiful idyllic town abound with nature and hospitality. Some of our favorite regional wineries were only minutes away from the house, as were some great hiking spots. In the morning we walked with our kids to get breakfast at one of the nearby cafes, as well as walks for icecream in the evening. Thanks again Josh! Looking forward to a return visit.
We stayed at Vintage Roost for the Eclipse. It was myself and 4 other adults. This location was perfect for us. The renovation done by J&J is wonderful. It is a very clean and beautiful space. The house was equipped with almost anything you would need for a short stay. The house is walkable to local stores, bars, restaurants and within a very quick drive to many more including some great wineries. There house was equipped with games to play and a large enough table for all of us. There is only one full bathroom, so showering took a little time, but there was always enough hot water. Each room had a separate heater/air-conditioner, which we loved. When planning our trip I was in contact with J&J a lot asking questions about the area and for recommendations for places to go. Each message or text sent was responded to quickly with loads of information. Their help really made the trip. We followed quite a few of their restaurant and winery recommendations and were never disappointed. While we were there if we had a question they were very quick to respond. We look forward to visiting again, and hope to plan another trip this fall.
Joshua was an excellent host. The space was beautiful and location was great! Made some excellent winery suggestions and communication was amazing. Would highly recommend and will stay again for sure!
After spending a day at Niagara Falls we escaped to this property to enjoy the weekend in a quiet beach town in Ontario wine country. The house was perfect for the 5 of us. We could walk to a local grocery and restaurants and it was only a short drive to other beach towns and wineries.
Highly recommended especially for any adult gathering - exceptionally clean; well stocked kitchen with new appliances; open concept living area with large table and attractive & comfortable tv/sitting room; 3 good size bedrooms & very comfortable beds; large brick patio area with outdoor table & firetable & lovely outdoor lighting. Host Joshua very welcoming & amenable. We (sr couple) were there with middle aged adult son & daughter - absolutely wonderful experience - 5 !
We had a wonderful overnight here. The host was quick to respond to questions. The cottage was extremely clean and just a lovely spot. Quiet and comfortable. We will be back!
I must say, it’s a well equipped place, so spacious and private with very cool decor. Close to so many wineries in the area! We took advantage of the wine tasting coupons our host left for us and found all of them to be great!
We had a great time at Fleming Farms, very clean and spacious accommodation, good sized bedrooms, 1.5 bath and a good kitchen/lounge area. We spent many of our nights outside in the patio area just chatting and drinking, we had a good time.We have a few points to make, if items left in the fridge by the owners or by quests they should be within the expiry date, butter and mayo were dated December 2024, and other items were close to expire. There was a large blue container outside which we used a recycle bin, not sure if that was correct, no instructions. No cart for our food waste. We did sleep well but 2 of the bedrooms had an extractor pipe in the ceiling that came on during the night. I guess most guests have smart phones, but it would be nice to have some flyers from restaurants, bars etc. Due to the accommodation being an old swimming pool, it would be nice to have a few pictures of how it looked.Overall the accommodation was good, would we stay here again, yes.
