A very comfortable, clean facility with a gracious host and hostess. An exceptional breakfast each morning. A very convenient location to the hospital. Leave your car parked at the B & B. A matter of steps to the hospital. Move back and forth from the hospital during the day allowing rest time for the patient. I highly recommend this B & B. I spent five nights. No hesitation in going back.

Comfortable bed and lovely amenities in our room. Spectacular views from upper level porch overlooking the city and Lake Ontario. Home cooked farm fresh breakfast was delicious! Great restaurants within a 5-20 minute walk for lunch and dinner. Gwen and Ken were such gracious hosts who made us feel right at home.

Charming old house but tiny room and bathroom. Good breakfast but alarms every five minutes to remind you that you are getting close to the check out time very annoying. Wi-fi and TV did not work. I do not recommend this B&B.

Amazing place. 125yr old Victorian home. Beautiful done. So Charming. Gwen was amazingly friendly. Breakfast was fabulous. The sitting room with fireplace, over looks the mountain view, over the city and lake. Wow!! Amazing sunsets and rise. I Can't stop looking out the window!! I will be coming back here for sure! Thank you for a great sleep (bed was so comfortable and great pillows) and a deep tub, great for soaking in!!! Such a quite relaxing time. Highly recommend 😄👍

The hosts, were very friendly and accommodating. I arrived later than planned, and had some food allergy considerations that they were most were quick to address for me. I had a two day course I had to attend, and the property was within a 6 min walk of where I needed to be, which was great! The home is situated on a quiet street that overlooks the city valley and waterway. Lots of great dining in the area. The room I had was a single bed with it's own ensuite. The room was well-appointed and cozy. It's an older character home so it isn't without its squeaks and sounds, but I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a place to stay close to the area! Thanks, Gwen & Ken!

The owners are very friendly and genuinely interested in their guests. The view of Hamilton from the top balcony is fantastic. Several restaurants and shops are walkable. Other attractions are just a short drive away. Breakfast was terrific as well. I would definitely recommend.

You could not ask for better accommodations. Six stars for the breakfasts. Gwen was a great host and she was so much fun to talk to. She was well versed in the local area and so much more. She travels the local areas and knows the best shopping places, the best places to eat and how to be smart taking in the sites. If we pass this way again, it is a must.
