The front desk staff were amazing. They were even nice enough to give me an upgrade to a king bed. I much appreciated it. Overall my stay was good. Only down side was that someone propped the door open to pool and there were giant bugs EVERYWHERE… so using the hot tub was out. And that was the main reason for booking the hotel in the first place.

They didn’t had enough staff for service. We asked for bath robes they told to get that in the morning when housekeeping will be in. I Understand the only front desk person there can not leave the desk. And there were so may flies in the room and bathroom.

I had a great stay at the Sandman Hotel in Stoney Creek. The hotel was very clean and modern, with a comfortable atmosphere that made it easy to relax. One of the best features is the convenience—having both Denny’s and Moxie’s attached to the hotel meant I didn’t have to go far for meals. On top of that, the Walmart and Dollar Tree are in the same parking lot, which made it super easy to pick up anything I needed. Overall, a great location with everything right at your fingertips.

Great location. Close proximity to major highway. The 1 bedroom suite was spacious 1 or 2 people. Would stay here again. Elevators are slow so usually a short wait - only 6 or 7 floors but the elevator takes time as thought 40 floors. But I appreciated the security elevator (need room key to operate the elevator).

The tv is terrible. Missing channels and cannot navigate easily. The channels are like 23-3. What is that? A guide of channels is helpful. Not everyone streams.

The property was great, but the management was even better. We were there for my daughter‘s wedding and had nowhere to keep her wedding flowers flowers The management arranged for us and stored the flowers for us in a cold area
