Again, if 😴 in your car is possible do so. Do not use and associated services (Expedia) you will not get any money back. The front desk service, well not service. Completely different rates of deposits from credit to debit. Really sketchy. No breakfast. No water cups. Coffee, across the street at Tims. Rooms are dirty. No coffee, or soaps and towels are optional...not really. First room was so dirty, smells and no cups, tv working and let's not discuss the bedding. The table looked like it was used in wrestling match. This is make change management a realty,or close up and blame yourselves not the economy....if you have other options, do it.

The bedding was not clean. When I arrived, there were no towels in the bathroom at all. It was obvious this room was not cleaned. Never stay at this place!!! I am even more appalled that Expedia has anything to do with a place like this.

I first the room is OK. It is not the grade and the second. They took our deposit from the visa and they haven’t returned our deposit and whatever they return is less and it took me 10 days by calling them daily and then they returned it and I just checked out from the room in one hour because it is a smell over there and it was a very very bad experience in that hotel. I recommend nobody would stay in that hotel, and also they haven’t returned a deposit.

I couldn’t stay, and I am waiting for a refund! This place shouldn’t even be on Expedia, honestly. It’s a very bad quality motel! The hallway smells like weed, very strong! Very dirty and gross, garbage on the floor in the hallways, also bottle of alcohol. And when we finally got inside the room, it wasn’t properly cleaned, the washroom smelled like pee, and the toilet wasn’t clean. Also the bathtub was dirty, even the pillow case had a stain, that honestly looked like blood. A lot of things broken, even the drywall. I took pictures of everything! I don’t recommend anyone to stay there!

I do not know where the pictures on this ad came from, but let me tell you it was not the place we stayed! This place was dingy. The room was DIRTY - there is no way the bathroom had been cleaned in some time - spray along the mirror from toothpaste and I do not know. The toilet had dried urine running down the front of the bowl. The shower was super grungy. There was no bulbs in some of the lights and we asked at the front as we left for the night - even offered to replace the bulbs ourselves when we got back if they just got out bulbs for us, but nothing. The air conditioning was on full blast and unable to be stopped on a night that was -10, so we were freezing - we did ask at the front too, but no one even helped they just said the remote was the one that "should" work. The bed was like an upside-down pyramid - the frame was smaller than the box spring, which was smaller than the mattress. We certainly had some laughs about the place, but if you actually care about where you are staying, DO NOT book here!

EXPEDIA: I don't know what is outside your review guidelines(?...). I haven't mentioned specific rates, profanity or personal information. Please let me know what to change, and I will gladly do so. Thanks I booked and paid for the room in July. One week before my stay, the hotel cancelled my booking, saying "your room" is under renovation. They said I must tell Expedia it's cancelled, they didn't. Then a few days later, there are several rooms available again at double the price. I asked them to honor my original booking, they would not. During the stay, the bathroom sink wouldn't drain, we could see there was broken drug paraphernalia in the drain. Asked front desk to fix, they could only get half out, then left some broken glass on the counter. UNTRUSTWORTHY, for cancelling my booking, 4 months after it was booked, then relist it shortly after for double $$. No apologies to us for a terrible experience.
