「It’s an old hotel, so don’t expect modern day upgrades in the rooms. The hotel IS great. Our room was good. A few things wrong with room but no bad, sort of. Our a/c unit didn’t work, so we had to leave the window open our entire 4 day stay. Not bad. There IS, also, a big window in the shower, which is facing the street. Talk about putting a show for all those outside. Our room had a great view, and so did the outside looking in. It’s even worse when showering, or using bathroom at night. Beware...

「I loved it」

「I cannot say enough about this beautiful, boutique hotel! The staff was amazing and very communicative. As we were traveling from Martha's Vineyard with a stop in Boston, they ensured that they stayed in touch with me as I had to guesstimate my time of arrival. The common area and all the amenities went above and beyond what I was...

「room was cold. thermostat didn’t work. Other than that, was very enjoyable weekend.」

「Beautiful castle building, free coffee at the reception, staff are very friendly and helpful. They even offered me a ride to the train station when the next train was coming within half an hour. Overall it’s a very pleasant stay. 」

「We loved the location. Close the downtown Marblehead and Salem. The Inn was beautiful and our stay was very quiet. The front desk staff was helpful recommending a place to eat nearby too. The room was large and had everything we needed. The grounds were well kept and we enjoyed our 4 night stay.」
