“This home is incredible for a short or long stay, our trip was very last minute and Jan was so helpful and accommodating towards our group. The heater was left on for us upon arrival, fresh bread and milk with a slab of REAL butter in the fridge, what more could 1 ask for. The whole upstairs area gets drenched in sunlight right through the day so relaxing inside or out is that much more enjoyable.Less than 5mins to anywhere. Will definitely love to stay here again.”

“Had a one night stay following a trip to Hobbiton movie set. Stayed in chalet Frodo which is only a 10-15 min drive from Hobbiton.The chalet is very clean and well appointed. While quite compact it had everything the two of us required for an overnight stay. We had dinner at Osteria restaurant in the main centre which is only a 3 min drive away. Thoroughly recommend Osteria for quality of food, portion size , atmosphere and price”

“It was perfect! Definitely one of the best stays we have had. And will be the comparison in the future. It was beautifully decorated. And comfortable. So comfortable! The kitchen was excellently outfitted for cooking, along with a Nespresso and all the trappings for coffee. The pantry was so well organized. The beds were super comfortable and showers were wonderful too. The gym equipment in the garage was put to use and very much appreciated too. Check-in was a breeze and Elliot was so helpful……

“We booked this townhouse as it was a short drive to our family in Hamilton (as well as all the previous positive reviews). It is close to all amenities.Our host was very quick to respond to my queries prior to arrival. The townhouse was very clean and warm (much appreciated coming from bitterly cold Christchurch).The parking is tight and garage is small (both were mentioned in the description). I'd intentionally hired a hatchback for this reason, however the rental car company upgraded us to an……
