「My only complaint was the check-in woman who was absolutely rude. All I wanted to do was confirm there was a kettle in the Kitchenette room I had rented. Her first rude snap was 'I don't know" I confirmed I was getting the kitchenette which she confirmed but the kettle became an issue with her finally saying - very ignorantly - that we DON"T promise a kettle and if there isn't one there, I have none to give you. 「The room was clean and quiet. Not much to do in the evening if you aren’t into casinos. Otherwise, great hotel.」

「Dina was so lovely and friendly! She was very hospitable and did not fail to reassure us to let her know if we needed anything at all. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impeccable - not even hotels are that clean! 「I stay here all the time that I am in Peterborough. Staff really care about you and go out their way to make your stay very pleasant. I would not stay anywhere else. It is a little outside of Peterborough but only about 5 minutes away from any shopping you may need. I hightly recommend this Motel for a pleasant stay.」

「The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The balcony overlooking the back gardens is a big plus. Margaret is very accessible and helpful. Her garden shop is a lovely place to browse. This is our third stay and we will most likely return if visiting in the area.」

「Great host, Rose cares about her guests you can tell that right away. The room we stayed in was beautiful, the cleanest I think I’ve ever stayed in and it was fully stocked with soaps, coffee & even makeup wipes for my wife. Rose accommodated dietary restrictions for our breakfast no problem. The perfect place to stay for couples visiting Port Hope and looking for something a bit more special than a hotel. Summertime would be even better. 」
