Customer service was disappointing and 1 front desk member was rude.
We booked a premium room for 3, upon arrival we could not get down the hall easy due to adults sitting and drinking in the hall while their kids played hockey in the same space. Once at the room there was empty potato chip bags infront of our door that stayed there untill the next morning when we went out for the day. The room was clean and ok, however there was no pillows for the sofa bed set up, when we called the front desk they basically said becuase of the Hockey tournament guests there was no more pillows. The following day I called again in the evening and the guy on the phone basically said still no pillows, and if I had a problem with it call the Holiday Inn Office and he hung up. The Sam night at 11 and 1 am we had to call the front desk due to young kids using our hall way for a hockey games and the little sticks hitting our metal door over and over, even though they ha diagnosed staying quiet hallways after 10PM
One of the guest relations team did call me to offer $50.00 credit at the restaurant and bar but this was at 7:30 PM and we had my sons tournament until after 11pm. Nothing else was offered
Truly not impressed, I understand things can happen and be difficult but when you are honest about how many guests will be in the room and pay for this, they should have proper bed, bedding including pillows
