「This home and property was exactly what we needed and more! Our son was getting married at a nearby venue and this was the perfect retreat for our family. Our grandchildren love the pool and the animals, especially the horses. My favorite spot was the front porch swing. It was So peaceful and spacious I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The hosts were nearby & so great! I would love to go back! It was just what we needed and more.」

「Property was as advertised. Very clean and in excellent shape. Neighborhood was quiet. Four days and never saw neighbors. No houses in front or back. However, it is not a prime neighborhood. 「This house was very well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the extra toiletries that were left for our use if needed. The neighborhood is not the greatest, but seems fairly standard for the surrounding area. This area is red on the crime map which I discovered after booking it and after my cancelation window was closed. Dewayne tried to charge me more for extra guests when I asked if I would have enough towels and washcloths for 5 people even though the house is advertised...

「The house pictured is not the one we stayed in; storm damage made it uninhabitable the day before our check in, owner offered to change locations, and glad we did. We stayed in White House Ranch. If you want to “get away” from the rat race, this is your place. Tranquil location with cows & horses coming to greet you. Home was immaculate, kitchen lacked a couple of things, but Nancy, the housekeeper, went to store & purchased necessary items & delivered them right away. We enjoyed our stay.」

「The description was accurate. The cabin was set up well with everything we would have needed plus some. The location is convenient to many of the things we did during our visit. The hiking was great. The FDR Little White House was pretty neat. The Whistling Pig and Iron Horse were our two favorite restaurants.
