「Great place. Pool and hot tub were super clean. Only issue with our room lock. The battery died and it took a while to resolve and we got locked out. But would definitely stay there again.」

「Clean less and customer service amazing, only negative point to said is that their MiniBar on room is authomatic so items get charged to the room if you withdraw them from fridge and because of that the suites doesn’t have a regular fridge or place to have your own food or drinks as is usual. Other than that great experience」

「It was the setting. While I’m not into Hallmark movies, my wife very much is and we both referenced that throughout our stay. The staff was amazing, the fact that the deer in the area are so calm and feed is readily available at the gift shop helped my wife feel like a Disney princess. The events and amenities work well to have a full day without leaving the campus. A favorite of mine was talking to an old gentleman in the Blizzard lounge while playing checkers with my wife and just sharing life...

「Our check-in experience couldn't have been more smooth and enjoyable. As soon as we arrived the friendly attentive clerk welcomed us to the hotel, asked our name, and confirmed our reservation. After providing an ID and credit card, we had our room keys in less than two minutes. 」

「We were there on the Sunday night of the Storm Fern. The staff was stretched but they were amazing. We pulled up an someone was right there shoveling the walkway again. they helped my Sr mother right into the hotel from the car. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Food was great. Beds comfortable. We were sad to be leaving. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.」
