Beautiful ground floor apartment in a villa
Ideally located, quiet, Discount term, in the beautiful region of Sidi Mahrsi, one of the most beautiful beaches in the tourist area of Hammamet North.
The villa consists of two apartments one on the ground floor and the other on the 1st floor.
The ground floor of the villa is for rent consists of a lounge / dining room, 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, WC, a veranda, a garden and a swimming pool under its exclusive enjoyment . The maximum capacity is 6 people.
The internet is available as a 3G key or a 3G WiFi modem (subject to availability) that can be provided. The credit recharge must be paid by the tenant according to his needs (€ 15 / recharge).
Possibility to rent the two ground floor apartments and 1 (maximum capacity of 6 persons) if they are available simultaneously.
The rental price per month is valid for rentals of more than four months.

Agréable séjour
Le propriétaire est disponible, à l’écoute et sympathique. Maison très agréable, bien placée, piscine très appréciable. Toutefois il serait peut être utile de renouveler la vaisselle (casserole, poêle) et peut être changer le micro onde. Sinon maison à conseiller pour de belles vacances !

Beautiful property great for holidays
Amazing roomy property, the owner was very good with communications, very clean, property is situated in an upcoming touristic area, in the middle of Hammamet and nabeul, really close to the beach you can hear the waves crashing at night. if you don't have a car you can get a taxi to shops and markets, we had a wonderful stay the only thing I could fault it on was the cooker needs an upgrade didn't want to use the oven as I didn't feel very safe using it. Which made cooking rather difficult, And would have preferred if it was a little closer to the town as we had to get taxis everyday. But other than that we will be returning as we had an amazing time. Many thanks

sejour agréable, maison conforme a la description
Le sejour fut agreable,la villa etait conforme a la description ,le propriétaire etait attentif a nos demande
petit reproche la cuisine demanderait un peu plus d ustensiles (assiettes couverts et de vrais couteaux) sinon le reste etait parfait.

Propriété conforme à la description
Entrée et sortie sans soucis, maison, jardin et piscine propre.
Seuls bémols, la télévision fonctionne quand elle le souhaite et l'eau chaude est difficile à dompter dans la douche.
Sinon cette villa est très agréable, ainsi que le quartier, je la recommande et je reviendrais sûrement!!
PS : Encore en attente du retour de la caution, mais ceci n'a peut-être rien à voir avec le propriétaire qui lui était très disponible et sympathique.
